SILVER – If you ask this word to commodity investor, they will run away from you. Because in last one year they made huge loss in silver by investing huge amount. In last year silver was traded around Rs.75000.Price of the silver was sharply increased from Rs.45000 to Rs.75000. Every investors purchased this at higher level by expecting this price may go upto Rs.1 laks. Unfortunately silver fell down below Rs.50000 and made a puzzle to every investors. But the price increased 10% from that lower level. Even now every investors thinking to invest in silver.

Silver Price Chart

But practically if we see this, this fear is not necessary for every investors. In long term basis silver has given good profit compare to gold. In last ten years gold has yielded 18.6% profit and silver has given 21% profit in this period. Many analysts feels this profit will continue in coming days also.

Usages of Silver

11% Gold is used for industrial purposes rest of the gold is used for ornamental purposes. But 48% of silver is used for industrial purposes. Silver is used in Batteries, Electric switches, photovoltaic cells and many other electronic instruments. In the year 2016 demand of silver will increase 60% more as compare to now.

Silver Investments

In earlier days gold was purchased only for ornamental requirement. But now-a-days many peoples are purchasing gold for investment purposes. 41% of the gold purchase are only on the basis of investment. This includes Gold ETF fund and other gold funds. But in our country there is no opportunity to invest Silver ETF or other silver funds. So launching this ETF funds in India will take time. So we need to buy silver as bars. All commodities prices are subject to increase and decrease. But in silver this up’s and down’s more compare to gold. In the year 2008 gold fell down to 18% and silver fell down to 28%. In the year 2011 gold fell around 11.50% and silver fell down to 26%. In the year 2009 price of the Gold increased to 10% but silver raised 23%. In the year Feb 2011 silver increased 20%, but gold increased 6% only. So if we buy the silver at lower level, we cannot make loss.

Silver Bar

How to identify the Lower price

Silver is mostly used in industrial usage like solar plates, laptop monitors and LCD tv screens. Now demand for silver is increased worldwide. Now 1Kg silver is trading around Rs.56000. From this price there is an chance to go down up to Rs.50000. But reaching last year high price Rs.75000 may take another 3 to 4 years. Now this silver is trading sideways. We feel silver price level may not go below Rs.50000. But if it increase it will give good profit. So buying at the price level between 45000 to 50000 will be an good idea to make a profit in long term.

Few days back I had a discussion with one of my old friend. My friend is having very good experience in financial markets. He told his investment experience with me. He gained many experience in financial markets by loosing few lakhs of rupees. We need to learn many points in his experience. I am providing his words here below.

One of my friend told, we can earn huge income in share market. He ask me to invest in share market. I was thrilled his words. At that time I had 2 lakhs rupees in my bank account. I divided that amount and invested eight different stock as per his recommendation. I got gain of Rs.5000 in 3 days. In few more days my capital is yielded me another Rs.10000 gain. After month my total value in my account has increased to two lakhs and fifty thousand. I was very much enjoyed my situation. I told all this investment experience to my wife. She also thrilled and she took another one lakh rupees from his father. I invested that amount also in the share market.

In next week my capital never given any profits nor loss. Few weeks back share market corrected sharply. My investment value went down to one lakh rupees. I was in more panic as my investment in going down to negative zone from fifty thousand profit. My friend to told, Don’t worry you investment will raise soon. But after that my investment was came down to one lakh fifty thousand slowly. Finally I last my hope in market and sold all my shares and re-paid the loan I took from my father-in-law. But after that all my invested shares are raised above my buying price.

Okay now check the image above. You can see all emotions which my friend experienced. Even if you are more brilliant, it is difficult to get rid of human emotions. So we should not take decision on the basis of emotions. If we follow some following factors our investment experience will always be good.

Investment factors to learn without Emotions.

1. If we like to see an movie. What we will do? We will check all reviews before going to that movie. But in investment factors we are not concentrate about reviews. We are not reading or analyzing share reviews before investing. Share investment is not a time passing work. We need to learn what we are doing. Without analyzing we should involve in any investments.
2. When the market fluctuation we should focus on our emotions. We should not follow our emotions. Those who are not following their emotions they will make profit in financial markets.
3. Timing is more important. Even if it is the good profit making company share, we should buy in right time. We have to control our emotion and wait until the share is reaching our expected price.
4. We should not invest all our capital in same time. We have to divide our capital 8 to 10 times and invest periodically when the price coming down. Before investing we have to analyse about that company.
5. We should not take a loan for share market investment. Most of the time this strategy will give negative result.
6. Without losses investing in share market is not possible. Even very good analysed stock will give losses. We have to take it as experience. We should be panic in the loss.

So we should not take decision on emotions. Correct research and analysis will make you good investor and it will yields you in good profit.

What is Algo trading? How to do this Algo trading? Market will go up or down in this Algo trading? Every traders and investors are having this doubt in their mind. In April 30 Infosys share fell down drastically during the trade. Everyone believe Algo trading is the reason for this fall. Here in this article we will talk about what is Algo trading and how this trading will affect the index and individual stocks.

Algo trading also known as Algorithmic trading or Robot trading. Based on some algorithm we have to create some formula. Doing trading on the basis of the formula is the Algo trading. Normally our day to day trading activities is involves some algorithm. For example if X share is trading in price of Rs.304. We plan to buy this share when it comes to price level 300 and sell the share when the price reaches 308. The X share traded in the price level of 304 and fall down to our buying price level of Rs.300. We will purchase this share in our expected price. Once this share price reaches our target level, what we will think? We will sell partial quantity and keep hold remaining shares to get higher profits.

Sometimes this result will give good result and some time will give wrong results. In Algo trading there is no place for human desire and sentiments. Because our pre-programmed algorithm will buy and sell the share in our prescribed price. Buy and sell both trading process will executed by computer robots. In earlier days share trading happened between two persons directly. Once the technology develops this trading has been carried out by computers. Internet connected computer is act as medium between two persons for buying and selling the shares. Now we are in next generation of trading system. Once we fix the buying and selling price to the computer software, it will do buying and selling in our given price automatically. This is the Algo trading or Algorithm trading.

Advantages of Algorithm trading or Algo trading.

We have very good advantage in this Algo trading. First it is not necessary to sit in front of the terminal to do trading and not required to call our broker to make a order to buy and sell. Computer software robots will do buying and selling on behalf of us. Apart from this we can identify small techniques and make an order to the robots. It will do trading as per our settings. For example if we order the robots to sell the shares in their 52week higher price, it will identify that price and sell once that share price reaches the level. Like this we have many benefits in this Algo trading.

There are many separate software to write this Algorithm. Now some of high net worth investors, some domestic institution are using this Algo trading. In coming years there is more chance that all will use this Algorithm trading. So we can conclude that because of Algo trading markets will not raise and fall drastically.

Bearish harami cross is the bearish reversal candlestick pattern usually occuerd in the uptrend of the market. This bearish harami cross is the major trend reversal pattern more significant than bearish harami. In this pattern long white candle appears followed by doji.

Acknowledging Criteria:
1. Financial market is in uptrend for long time.
2. We can see long white candlestick in the first day of the trade.
3. Then we see a doji appeared completely engulfed by the real body of the first day on the second day.

Definition
The Bearish Harami Cross Pattern is a sign of disparity about the market’s health. Market is bullish and strong buying continues as evidenced by the long, white real body but then we see the doji. This shows that the market may not continue in uptrend.

Important Factors:

While the Bearish Harami Pattern is not a major reversal pattern, the Bearish Harami Cross Pattern is a major bearish reversal pattern. If a harami cross appears after a long white candlestick, longs should take notice of it since harami crosses call tops very effectively.

A confirmation on the third day is required to be sure that the uptrend has reversed. This confirmation may be in the form of a black candlestick, a large gap down or a lower close on the third day.

The Bearish three black crows is the candlestick pattern which consists thee downward candlestick in a row like stair stepping downward. This bearish three black crow pattern is the indicator of strong reversal during bullish trend. The closing pricing of the each day is lower than previous day closing price sugesting a move to a new short term low.
Acknowledging Criteria:

1. Financial market is pro-longed bullish trend.
2. Three consecutive long black candlesticks appear.
3. Each day closes at a new low.
4. Each day opens within the body of the previous day.
5. Each day closes near or at its lows.

Explanation:

The bearish three black crows candlestick pattern is indicative of the fact that the market has been at a high price for too long and the market may be approaching a top or is already at the top. A decisive downward move is reflected by the first black candlestick. The next two days show further decline in prices due to profit taking. Bullish mood of the market cannot be sustained anymore.

The opening price of the second and third candle can be anywhrer within the previous candle body. However it is good to see the opening prices below the middle of the previous day candle. The reliability of this pattern is very high.

Bearish evening doji star is the one of the most reliable candlestick pattern which indicates a possible trend reversal. This evening doji star includes three candlesticks.First candle is the long white body. The second candle is the doji by a higher gap.Third candle is the black candlestick with a closing price is within the first day white candle.Evening Doji star pattern is widely followed by all types of traders trading all types of financial instruments.

Acknowledging Criteria:
1. Financial market is in uptrend for many days.
2. We can see a white candlestick in the first day of the trading.
3. Then we can see a doji whose low price is higher than previous day high price.
4. Finally the third day is the black candlestick whose closing price is near to mid of the first day white candle.

Explanation:

It should be formed after a significant uptrend.First day should be bullish long white candlestick. Second day doji appears showing the diminishing power of bulls.Third day is an ideal bear candlestick proves that bears have taken over the control.Ideally which closes below mid-point of first day long candlestick. Bearish evening doji star appears when market are their over brough zone. The Doji may be more than one, two or even three. Doji’s gaps are not important. The reliability of this pattern is very high, but still a confirmation in the form of a black candlestick with a lower close or a gap-down is suggested.
